Role Responsibilities:

As a Senior Residential Property Solicitor, you will:

• Oversee Complex Transactions: Manage sales and purchases of high-value residential properties.
• Advise Investors: Provide legal guidance on buy-to-let investments and property portfolios.
• Navigate Shared Ownership: Assist clients with shared ownership schemes and related legalities.
• Handle Re-mortgaging: Manage refinancing transactions with efficiency and expertise.
• Mentorship: Support and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment.

Your Profile:

• Qualified Solicitor: Minimum of 5 years PQE in residential property law
• Proven Expertise: Demonstrated ability to manage a complex and high-value caseload independently
• Client-Focused: Committed to delivering exceptional service and guiding clients through intricate property transactions
• Leadership Skills: Experience in mentoring junior solicitors and contributing to departmental growth
• Business Development: Aptitude for marketing and expanding client relationships is advantageous.
