As part of this firm’s growth plan, it is seeking an experienced conveyancer to join its respected property department as an integral part of the team.

As a leader in its field, this is an established, successful and progressive Maidenhead-based law firm, offering a wide range of legal services to both private individuals and corporate clients.

The provision of excellent personalised client service is the focus of the firm, as well as having a friendly, practical and efficient approach.

You must meet the criteria set by the Law Society Conveyancing Quality Scheme to be appointed in this role.

You will be responsible for the conduct of residential conveyancing matters, including:

• Sales, Purchases and Re-mortgages
• Freehold and Leasehold Conveyancing
• New Build & Shared ownership
• Equity Release Schemes
• New Build and Shared Ownership Sale & Purchases

You will have previous experience of:

• Using Case Management Systems, Land Registry Portal, Online SDLT documents
• Updating panel websites
• Demonstrating technical ability with all conveyancing transactions
• Compliance regulation with anti-money laundering legislation, CQS requirements and overall SRA compliance obligations

Salary £45 0000-£60,000 + fantastic array of firm benefits.
