Our client is a Chambers listed Legal 500 modern law firm in central Reading. It’s Property Team is recruiting an experienced Residential Conveyancer.

You will be qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive/FILEX with aspirations to develop your career and be part of well reputed practice. This is an exciting time to join a successful and innovative law firm

Relevant experience will include handling freehold/leasehold sales and purchases; unregistered and registered titles; Auction and Probate sales; transfer of equity and matrimonial property matters.

Caseload is predominantly high value properties for high-net-worth individuals and some experience of working on developer and Government sponsored house purchase incentive schemes would be an advantage

You will be enthusiastic, a quick learner and a team player whilst managing your own caseload.

You will be joining the currently team of ten Fee Earners and support staff which is Partner lead.

Salary £55,000 – £70,000 package benefits + flexible working policy, pension scheme, life assurance, private medical and competitive annual leave allowance.

Candidate must have a minimum 3 years private practice experience
