We are partnering with a well-established law firm in Leamington Spa to find a Qualified Residential Property Fee Earner to join their growing team. Role Overview:

Our client is looking for an experienced and motivated Residential Property professional to handle a varied caseload. The successful candidate could be a Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or Solicitor with a solid background in residential conveyancing. You will be managing a range of matters from instruction to completion, providing expert advice to clients, and ensuring high-quality service throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage your own caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and leasehold matters.
* Provide legal advice to clients and offer solutions in a professional and client-focused manner.
* Ensure that all transactions run smoothly and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with the team to deliver excellent service and support to clients.

Requirements:

* Qualified as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with at least 2 years' experience in residential property law.
* Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing processes and legislation.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
* A proactive and client-focused approach to legal work.
* Ability to manage a varied caseload independently.
