Job Description - Residential Property Fee Earner

Residential Property Senior Fee Earner

A well established law firm are looking to add a Residential property fee earner, solicitor, conveyancer or cilex to their team. You will be required to hit the ground running and have 5+years experience in handling all aspects of residential matters.

Preferred Requirements:

Utilise your exceptional knowledge of residential property law to guide clients through complex transactions with ease
Demonstrate your strong communication skills, ensuring clear and concise interactions with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
Showcase your attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to deliver high-quality work and exceptional client service
Collaborate effectively with the wider team to ensure a seamless and efficient workflow
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry regulations and best practices to provide the most accurate and valuable advice to your clients

Preferred Qualifications:

Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Residential Property Fee Earner or Solicitor
Demonstrate a strong track record of success in the residential property sector
Maintain a commitment to continuous professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
