Are you an ambitious and client-focused Residential Property Lawyer (Solicitor, CILEX, or licenced Conveyancer)? If so, our client has an exciting opportunity waiting for you in their Thames Valley office in Reading.

About the Role:

As part of our clients dedicated Residential Property team, you will provide invaluable legal advice on a wide array of non-contentious matters, including:

• Sales and purchases
• Re-mortgages
• Transfers of equity
• Voluntary first registrations
• Extension of leases

Their team prides itself on delivering exceptional client service, with a bespoke approach that focuses on understanding each client's unique needs. You will work closely with both a dedicated lawyer and a support assistant throughout every transaction, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. With manageable caseloads, they consistently complete transactions faster than the national average.

• Offer advice on a range of residential property issues
• Commit to delivering the highest levels of client service
• Contribute positively and energetically to their dynamic team
• Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and expertise
• Develop opportunities for referrals and participate in business development

About You:

To thrive in this role, you will ideally possess:

• 1+ PQE as a Solicitor, CILEX lawyer, or licenced Conveyancer
• A solid foundation in residential property law
• Ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision
• Strong teamwork and client relationship management skills
• Excellent technical ability and drafting skills
• Proactive, ambitious, and organised with keen attention to detail
