The Role

You’ll be handling a broad range of residential property matters, including:

• Sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold, often high-net-worth or high-value)
• Refinancing, lease extensions, and title issues
• Advising clients including developers, private individuals, and family offices
• Working closely with cross-practice teams to deliver holistic client advice

Who We’re Looking For

• A qualified solicitor with 2-4 years PQE in residential property
• A track record of handling transactions with technical skill and commercial awareness
• A natural communicator who builds trust and rapport with clients
