Residential Property Lawyer - 4+ PQE
Location: London (Hybrid available)
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum + Open Annual Leave + 3 days WFH
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

AJ Chambers are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a highly progressive law firm based in London, for a Residential Property Lawyer with 4+ years PQE.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a firm with a standout team culture, modern working practices, and a genuine focus on employee wellbeing and growth.

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters
• Handle sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Engage in business development and client relationship management
• Handle some new build transactions (experience desirable)

What We’re Looking For:

• UK-qualified solicitor with minimum 4 years PQUK Qualified Lawyer with a minimum of 4 PQEE in residential property
• Confident, proactive, and client-focused
• Strong technical knowledge and excellent attention to detail
• Skilled in legal tech and case management systems
• A team player who’s enthusiastic and self-motivated
