Job Description - Residential Property Lawyer - HNW Clients

A new opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer to join an exceptional Property Law department. Working entirely on great quality work for High Net Worth investors. If you’re looking for a role in a high-performing, friendly and market leading team, look no further.

Key requirements of the role:

Managing a caseload of sales, purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity and leasehold matters from instruction to completion.
Handling a full caseload of conveyancing matters efficiently and independently and taking all cases from instruction through to completion.
To be considered for this role you must be an experienced conveyancer. It is not essential but preferred if you have qualified as Residential Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.
