• Lead and manage a high-performing lettings team.

• Oversee the entire lettings process—from listings and viewings to negotiations and move-ins.

• Maximise occupancy levels and rental income.

• Monitor arrears and ensure effective rent collection.

• Deliver accurate financial and operational reporting.

• Ensure full legal and regulatory compliance.

• Resolve tenant issues with professionalism and care.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth property management operations.

• Experience in residential lettings (build-to-rent or developer/investor environments ideal)
• Strong leadership and team development skills Solid understanding of lettings regulations and compliance
• Strong financial awareness and experience with reporting
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills
• Full, clean UK driving licence

? ARLA Propertymark Level 3 qualification (or working towards)
? Experience using Qube property software
