Job Title: Conveyancing Paralegal

Full-Time | Office-Based | Potential for Flexible working
Salary: £24,000 + DOE

Are you a skilled Conveyancing Assistant or Paralegal looking to take the next step in your career? I'm working exclusively with a highly regarded boutique law firm based in the heart of Wilmslow, and they're looking to expand their friendly, close-knit team with the addition of an experienced conveyancing professional.

This is a full-time, office-based position offering up to £28,000 per annum, depending on experience. The role would ideally suit someone with 12+ months of hands-on conveyancing experience who is confident supporting a fee earner across a busy residential caseload.

The Role:

* You'll be supporting an experienced fee earner with a full range of conveyancing matters including:
* Preparing contract packs and drafting standard documentation
* Carrying out searches and Land Registry applications
* Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors
* Assisting with post-completion work and file management
* General administrative support throughout the transaction lifecycle

About You:

* Ideally 12 months+ experience in residential conveyancing (assistant or paralegal level)
* Confident managing tasks independently, with strong organisational skills
* Comfortable liaising directly with clients and other stakeholders
* Keen to work in a supportive, team-oriented environment
* Looking for a long-term role with growth potential in a firm that values its staff
