Job Description - Residential Property Paralegal

We’re working with a well-established law firm looking to add a Paralegal to their busy Conveyancing team based in Bexleyheath.

If you’re looking for a hands-on role where you’ll be exposed to a variety of property matters and work closely with experienced solicitors, this could be a great next step.

What you’ll be doing:

Assisting with residential sales and purchases from start to finish
Preparing and sending out draft contracts and managing post-exchange work
Reviewing replies to enquiries and reporting on searches
Handling completions, liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and solicitors
Submitting SDLT returns and dealing with Land Registry applications
Keeping everything on track, organised, and running smoothly under partner supervision

What they’re looking for:

Previous conveyancing experience is a big plus
A natural organiser with great attention to detail
Confident communicator who enjoys being part of a collaborative team
Comfortable managing a busy workload and hitting deadlines

This is an office-based role, Monday–Friday, 9am–5:30pm.
