Residential Property Paralegal - central London - Legal 500 Law firm

Central London Conveyancing Paralegal role in a multi-discipline Legal 500 law firm.
You will support the Residential Property Lawyers in the department with their caseloads.
You will deal with purchase/sale, remortgage, builders & developers, New Build, Right to Buy, Shared Ownership and Transfer of Equity cases. 
It is essential that you have a full understanding of the Solicitors Accounts Rules, have at least 1 year's experience of working as a Conveyancing Assistant/Paralegal and have a full knowledge of land registry practices. 
Your duties will include preparing contract packs, ordering searches, preparing files for completion and preparing mortgage reports etc. 
The firm offers a great benefits package and you can work remotely up to 2 days a week.
