Job Description - Residential Property Partner

A prestigious and well-established top 200 law firm based in Central London is currently looking for a Residential Property Partner to join their team.

The Role:

As a Residential Property Partner, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our residential property department. You will manage high-value transactions, develop strong client relationships, and contribute to the firm’s strategic vision. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior solicitor looking to take the next step into a leadership position or an established partner seeking a new challenge.

Key Responsibilities

Leading and developing the firm’s residential property department.
Managing a caseload of high-value residential transactions, including sales, purchases, lease extensions, and enfranchisement matters.
Advising HNWIs, investors, and developers on complex property matters.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships and generating new business.
Mentoring and supervising junior solicitors and support staff.
Working closely with other partners to drive firm-wide growth and innovation.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including AML and CQS standards.

Requirements

Qualified Solicitor with 5+ PQE in residential property.
Strong technical expertise in high-value and complex property transactions.
Proven track record of business development and client relationship management.
Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop a team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and commercial awareness.
A strong network of contacts within the London property market
