The Residential Property Solicitor will be:

• Handling a full caseload of non-contentious residential property matters
• Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers and conveyancers
• Collaborating across departments to deliver excellent client service
• Engaging in business development and cross-referral opportunities

Profile

The Residential Property Solicitor should be:

• A solicitor or equivalent with 6+ years PQE in residential property
• Technically strong with solid knowledge of the Reading property market
• Confident in managing files autonomously and supervising others
• A strong communicator and collaborative team player
