About the Role:
As a Residential Property Solicitor, you will play a pivotal role in managing a diverse caseload of residential property transactions. Your expertise will guide our clients through the often complex process of buying and selling homes, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from inception to completion.
• Provide expert legal advice to clients regarding property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and leases.
• Conduct property searches and review contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, and other professionals to facilitate effective communication and resolution of issues.
• Keep abreast of developments in property law and conveyancing practises to ensure best practises are followed.
