We are looking for a Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner for an exciting new opportunity with one of Yorkshire's leading law firms.

This regional law firm, with over 15 branches, promotes hybrid working and offers free on-site parking at its offices. It is looking to expand its Residential Property Department and needs a skilled individual to manage a varied conveyancing caseload.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of the conveyancing transaction, from instruction through to completion
• Work with a team of highly experienced solicitors and fee earners, gaining exposure to a broad range of cases
• Manage a diverse residential property caseload, ensuring excellent client service and attention to detail
