Residential Property Solicitor – Hertfordshire

I'm working in partnership with a well-regarded law firm based in East London that is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join their busy and friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor with 3+ years PQE to join a supportive and progressive environment where you’ll handle a varied caseload and be given genuine scope to grow.

The Role: You’ll take ownership of a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion, including:

• Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
• Transfers of equity
• Re-mortgages
• Shared ownership
• New build matters

You’ll be supported by an experienced team and benefit from streamlined systems and processes, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys autonomy but values collaboration.

About You: To be considered, you will have:

• A minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing
• Strong technical knowledge and confidence handling files independently
• A client-focused approach with excellent communication skills
• A proactive attitude and the ability to build rapport with clients and third parties
