Job Description - Residential Property Solicitor

A prominent Legal 500 firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE to join their dynamic team.

You will manage a high-quality caseload, with responsibilities that include managing a diverse range of residential conveyancing matters from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling sales and purchases (both freehold and leasehold), transfers of equity, and re-mortgages. Experience with retirement properties, shared ownership, and equity release is advantageous but not essential.
Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties
Conducting title checks and searches
Preparing and reviewing contracts and other legal documents
Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements
Providing exceptional client service and maintaining strong client relationships
