Residential Property Solicitor

A well-established legal practice based in Harrow is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor with 4-5 years' PQE to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a full-time Residential Property Solicitor who has managed a diverse caseload of residential property matters and is looking to progress their career.

The Residential Property Solicitor's role

The successful Residential Property Solicitor will manage a varied caseload, including but not limited to freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity. The Residential Property Solicitor will work independently and have the confidence to provide clients with expert legal advice across the full spectrum of residential property transactions. You will be liaising with clients, estate agents, and other third parties to ensure smooth and timely completions.

The Residential Property Solicitor

• 4-5 years' PQE in residential property law.
• Proven experience in managing a broad range of residential property transactions.
• Excellent client care skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• A proactive approach and ability to handle a high volume of work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Experience in liaising with third parties, including estate agents, mortgage lenders, and solicitors.
