Description

The Residential Property Solicitor will be able to:

• Handle a caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, and re-mortgages.
• Conduct title investigations and prepare legal documents for property transactions.
• Provide expert legal advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all cases.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support business development.

Profile

The successful Residential Property Solicitor should have:

• At least 2 years PQE in Residential Property
• Proven experience managing residential property transactions independently.
• Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures and property law.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• A client-focused approach with strong communication abilities.
• The ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
