Residential Property Lawyer/Legal Executive
Chichester or Worthing (West Sussex) Flexible Hours Hybrid Working

An established and progressive law firm with offices in Chichester and Worthing is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Conveyancer to join its respected Property team. This position offers the flexibility of full-time or part-time hours and the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment.

The Opportunity:

My client is known for its outstanding reputation in property law and its commitment to delivering first-rate client service. This role presents an excellent opportunity to handle a broad residential property caseload, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages and lease extensions
• Transfers of equity
• Complex title and ownership matters
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other third parties

You will play a pivotal role in upholding the department’s excellent standards while helping maintain and grow long-standing client relationships.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence working with IT systems and online platforms
• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business development
• A network of professional contacts in the property sector is advantageous
