Job Description - Residential Property Solicitor

Are you an experienced Residential Property Solicitor looking to join a well-established, forward-thinking Legal 500 firm in Surrey? This is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your career within a highly regarded property team offering high-quality work, flexibility, and progression.

The Role: You will be handling a varied caseload of residential property matters including:

Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
Transfers of equity
Remortgages
New build transactions
Help to Buy and shared ownership schemes

The Ideal Candidate:

Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2+ years' PQE in residential conveyancing
Ability to manage your own caseload independently
Strong client care skills and a commercial approach
Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
