Salary: £50,000 - £60,000, depending on experience

A well-established law firm operating across Hampshire and Surrey is seeking a detail-focused Residential Property Conveyancer with at least three years' post-qualification experience to join its supportive and collaborative team. Role Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a full range of residential property transactions from instruction to completion, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Transfers of equity and remortgages
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other legal professionals
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will:

• Have strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing
• Possess a minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience in residential property work
• Be confident managing a busy caseload independently
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a commitment to exceptional client service
• Be proactive in developing and maintaining professional contacts to support business growth
• Be proficient in the use of case management systems and digital conveyancing tools
