About the Role:
As a Residential Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive, you will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from start to finish. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional client service while contributing to the firm’s ongoing business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage a full caseload of residential property transactions.
• Provide expert advice on Land Law and Residential Property matters.
• Actively engage in business development and networking to grow the firm's client base.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

About You:
To excel in this role, you should have:

• A minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) in Residential Property
• A proven track record of managing a conveyancing caseload independently
• Strong technical knowledge of Land Law and Residential Property
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, client-focused approach
