A well-regarded and long-established law firm with offices across Surrey and the South East is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join its busy and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and client-focused individual to manage a broad range of residential conveyancing matters within a professional and collaborative environment.

The Role:
The successful candidate will take ownership of a varied residential property caseload, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages
• Transfers of equity
• Lease extensions
• New build transactions

Strong administrative and technical support is available, along with access to modern case management systems and a firm-wide commitment to high standards of client care.

Candidate Profile:

• Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3+ years' PQE in residential conveyancing
• Confident managing files from instruction through to post-completion
• Strong knowledge of property law and transactional processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a wider team
