Are you an experienced Residential Property Solicitor with a passion for new build and shared ownership properties? We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Solicitor with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience to join one of the country's leading practices for property.

Key Responsibilities:

• New Build Transactions: Managing the legal process for new build properties, including liaising with developers and ensuring compliance with regulations
• Shared Ownership: Advising clients on shared ownership schemes, including the purchase and sale of shared ownership properties
• Property Sales and Purchases: Handling all aspects of residential property transactions from instruction to completion
• Leasehold and Freehold Matters: Providing expert advice on lease extensions, enfranchisement and freehold acquisitions
• ClientRelations: Maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication and providing exceptional customer service

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 3 Years PQE: Proven experience as a residential property solicitor, with a solid understanding of property law
• New Build Expertise: Demonstrable experience in managing new build property transactions
• Shared Ownership Knowledge: Proficiency in handling shared ownership purchases and sales
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all legal documentation and processes
• Client-Focused: Committed to providing high-quality service and building lasting client relationships
