Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Residential Property Solicitor to join a leading law firm in Basingstoke.

Responsibilities:
- Managing own caseload
- Running full conveyancing process, taking a property from instruction to completion
- Business Development, networking and introducing new clients and relevant third parties
- Upholding compliance regulations in line with policies and procedures
- Maintaining CQS standards

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience post qualification in Residential property
- Experience of managing a small team of legal secretaries and administrators
- Highly efficient and self-motivated
- Client focused and empathetic
- Previous digital dictation experience

Our client can offer a negotiable salary depending on experience.
