Residential Property Solicitor

Role Summary

A traditional law firm in central London are actively looking to recruit a senior solicitor that specialises in residential property.

This is a succession planning role due to a retirement. The team is small but they focus on higher value/fees rather than volume.

You will advise both private individuals, developers and businesses on property transactions.

Some commercial property experience would be beneficial although the focus of this role is residential property.

Office attendance is required x4 per week

Experience Required

• Be a UK qualified Lawyer (Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, Solicitor) with at least 5 PQE in residential property - Essential
