Residential Property Solicitor

About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Residential Property Solicitor as an Associate/Senior Associate (DOE) to join our well-established firm based in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with strong conveyancing experience who is looking to work in a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion
• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new builds
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors
• Ensure all transactions are compliant with relevant legislation and internal policies
• Provide high-quality client service and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 3-6 PQE in residential property law
• Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing procedures
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage a busy caseload independently and efficiently
• A proactive and client-focused approach
