We’re working with a highly regarded regional firm who are looking to grow their residential property team with the addition of a junior residential property solicitor, legal executive, or licensed conveyancer.

This is a great opportunity for a recently qualified residential property lawyer to join a friendly and collaborative residential property team, working closely with a senior solicitor on a varied residential property caseload. You’ll have the support you need to grow and develop, while also taking on increasing responsibility in managing client work.

You’ll be working on a range of residential property matters including sales, purchases, transfers of equity and remortgages of freehold and leasehold property. The team have strong relationships with local agents and referrers, and client service is a real priority.

You’ll be a qualified solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer, with some residential property experience during your training or post-qualification. You’ll be proactive, organised and keen to build your career in residential property.
