The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven track record of handling complex conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, leasehold matters, and transfers of equity. They will play a key role in managing client relationships, providing strategic advice, and overseeing transactions from instruction to completion with efficiency and professionalism.
As a senior member of the team, the role also offers the opportunity to mentor junior colleagues and contribute to the continued success and growth of the department.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with extensive experience in residential property law.

• Previous experience in a senior or supervisory capacity is desirable.
