Our client, a leading Top200 Law Firm, is looking to welcome a seasoned Residential Property Solicitor into its Altrincham office.

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for your own diverse caseload of mixed complexity Residential Property matters, from inception through to conclusion
• You will collaborate with the wider firm in property matters arising from Private Client/ Family/ Insolvency etc
• You will collaborate with the wider Property team on complex, high-value matters
• You will assist in mentoring and supervising Junior Fee Earners

Requirements:

• You will be a Qualified Solicitor with at least 4+PQE
• You will have a strong background within Residential Property, with proven experience of managing your own diverse caseload
• You will have experience in mentoring and supervising Junior Fee Earners
• You will have strong billing history, with experience and willingness to conduct your own BD
