Conveyancer, or experienced Conveyancing Executive to join our Cardiff team.

The Opportunity

You’ll manage a varied
residential conveyancing caseload while being part of a team that shares
knowledge, embraces innovation, and focuses on delivering an exceptional client
journey. From digital tools to proactive communication, we’re continuously
improving how we work, and you’ll have the chance to contribute to that
progress.

What You’ll Make
Happen

• Run your own
  residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.
  
• Guide clients
  through sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages and other
  residential property matters with clarity and confidence.
  
• Build trusted
  relationships with clients, estate agents, brokers and referrers.
  
• Use case management
  systems, digital workflows and proactive updates to create a smoother,
  more transparent client experience.
  
• Collaborate with
  colleagues across the firm and contribute ideas that help the team keep
  improving.
  
• Support business
  development and help raise Redkite’s profile in the local market.

Requirements

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for
someone who is confident in their technical ability, curious about better ways
of working and motivated by great client outcomes. You may already be
established in your role, or you may be ready for a step up into a team where
your contribution will be seen and valued.

You’ll bring sound
judgement, commercial awareness and the ability to build trusted relationships
with clients and referrers. Just as importantly, you’ll bring a collaborative
mindset and a willingness to help shape a team that is growing with purpose.

Ideally, you'll have:

• Qualified
  Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or equivalent residential
  conveyancing experience.
  
• Strong
  technical knowledge across a varied residential property caseload.
  
• The
  ability to manage files independently and efficiently.
  
• Excellent
  communication and client care skills.
  
• A
  collaborative approach and willingness to support colleagues.
  
• Good
  IT skills, including experience using case management systems and
  Microsoft Office.
