Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Conveyancing Partner- Worcester - Legal 500 Law Firm- 7 PQE +- Hybrid

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an 7+PQE Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a recognised Residential Property team based in Worcester . My client is looking for a solicitor or someone with 7+ years post qualification experience who has a solid background in Residential Property matters , who wishes to make a move into this exciting and continually growing area as a partner.

Responsibilities

Manage your own caseload, including sales, purchases, transfers and re-mortgages of residential leasehold and freehold property (registered, unregistered, new builds)
Carry out lease extensions and auction transactions
Manage and build strong relationships with colleagues, clients and introducers
Comply with all internal and external audits
Share information and best practice with colleagues wherever possible
Follow the firm's detailed policies and procedures
Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards and requirements
Have experience in a wide range of conveyancing practices to include sales, purchases, transfers and assents, re-mortgages, new builds, adverse possession, first registrations, shared ownership, leasehold and listed properties
An ability to work as part of a team, collaboratively with colleagues and successfully manage client relationships
Excellent technical ability and drafting skills
To demonstrate teamwork and relationship building skills
To have strong commercial acumen
To be proactive, ambitious and organised with a keen eye for detail

Skills and experience

Extensive and sound experience of working in residential conveyancing, including the more complex aspects
Working knowledge of referral arrangements and strong awareness of compliance issues
Business development skills
IT literate with an understanding and willingness to pioneer and embrace system development to build efficiencies
Experience of building relationships with both new and existing clients and professionals
