? What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, leasehold and freehold transactions, and new builds

• Acting as a trusted adviser to clients, delivering a smooth and efficient service from start to finish

• Supporting the department with business development and client relationship initiatives

• Contributing to a collaborative, friendly team that values knowledge sharing and continuous learning

? What We're Looking For:

• NQ to 4 years' PQE in residential property

• A confident, client-facing approach and commercial awareness

• Strong communication, organisation, and time-management skills
