Are you an experienced paralegal with a passion for Real Estate work? We’re working with a highly regarded law firm who are seeking a proactive and capable Paralegal to join their busy and successful Real Estate team, based in Brighton.

This is a fantastic opportunity to support a senior fee-earner on high-quality, complex matters, gaining valuable hands-on experience and continuing to develop your legal career. The firm offers great opportunities for progression and support with various routes to qualification for successful paralegals.

The role will involve:

• Supporting a fee-earner in the running of live files and all aspects of conveyancing transactions
  
  
• Handling pre- and post-completion tasks
  
  
• Preparing reports on title, mortgages, and search results (under supervision)
  
  
• Raising and reviewing enquiries on title and contract packs, searches, and surveys
  
  
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and solicitors
  
  
• Drafting financial statements and invoices
  
  
• Managing administrative duties and maintaining internal systems
  
  

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in a conveyancing or Real Estate role within a legal environment
  
  
• A solid understanding of the conveyancing process from instruction to completion
  
  
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines
  
  
• A team player with strong communication skills and commercial awareness
  
  
• Relevant legal qualifications are beneficial
