As a Residential Coach, you will play a vital role in helping clients develop the skills and confidence needed to achieve greater independence. Working directly with individuals living with serious mental health conditions, you will provide guidance and encouragement in areas such as daily living skills, medication self-management, personal wellness, self-care, and community participation. Your support will help clients build practical tools to overcome challenges and achieve their personal recovery goals.

Position Highlights

• Full-time and part-time opportunities available.
• Overnight Required.
• Overnight staff are compensated for the entire shift, including designated sleep time, while remaining available to assist clients as needed.
• Enjoy four days off each week, providing an excellent work-life balance.
• Overtime opportunities may be available.
• Positions are available in Cambridge, Centreville, and Chestertown, Maryland.

 Requirements

HS Diploma or equivalent and the desire to help individuals with behavioral health needs.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record to support insurability by the agency’s insurance carrier.

Work related use of a vehicle carrying minimum of 100/300/50 liability insurance.

Pass the agency’s background check.
