Job DescriptionResidential Sales & Investments Progressor/Personal Assistant - Central LondonMy client is a highly reputable private property business based in Central London. They are looking for a skilled and experienced Sales Progressor with some PA duties to join their team.This is not an ordinary Sales Progression role but a very unique and multilayered, all-encompassing senior support role. As a Sales & Investments Progressor, you will be supporting the Founder and another Head of Department with all property-related, sales transactional administration and compliance and one-to-one PA support.This role will suit someone who has previously worked as a Sales Progressor for a few years and is eager to step up in a more challenging and senior role, directly supporting two Directors. Salary: £55,000 - £60,000Contract: Full Time / Permanent Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pmLocation: Central LondonKey Responsibilities:Day-to-day support to the Senior team.Diary managementFielding calls, appointment booking, call forwards and general enquiriesOverseeing key information provided during a sales or purchasing process and checking documents carefullyLiaising with surveyors, lawyers, agents and purchasers to see the transaction through to completionWorking with agents, checking their terms of business, managing feedback and interest, relaying offerCarrying out viewings – assisting the wider sales team when neededAnswering purchaser enquiriesCreating and updating tenancy schedulesCollating and checking all compliance and tenancy documentsProcessing licences for leaseholders, liaising with surveyors and lawyersPreparing information for valuation purposes where necessary, including tenancy schedulesManaging the new lets and leaseOverseeing rent reviewsLiaising with surveyors and lawyers to progress leaseholders' lease extensionsProviding information to insurance brokers and ensuring the correct insurance is in place at all timesMaking insurance claims and providing the necessary informationIdeal Skills and Attributes:High level of attention to detail/ MeticulousAnalytical and very proactiveConfident using all Microsoft Packages including Excel to a high standardSuper OrganisedExperience in the property industry, a good understanding of the sales/investment process.
