Sales Negotiator – Upminster – £25,000–£30,000 OTE

The Role:
As a Sales Negotiator, you’ll play a key role in supporting buyers and sellers throughout the sales journey. You'll be part of a high-performing team with a strong presence in the Upminster area, offering you an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of properties and motivated clients.
Key Responsibilities:

• Registering and qualifying buyers
• Conducting viewings and providing detailed feedback
• Negotiating offers and progressing sales to completion
• Building strong relationships with clients and delivering outstanding customer service
• Working towards personal and branch targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 12 months of experience as a Sales Negotiator in estate agency
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven with a proactive attitude
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
