Residential Solicitor Conveyancing

An established law firm based in Edgware, North London, is looking for an experienced Solicitor to join their conveyancing team. This is a hybrid opportunity for a Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience (PQE), offering 3 days office-based and 2 days remote working.

The Solicitor's role

The Solicitor will be responsible for managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to post-completion. This includes freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions.

The Solicitor will be the main point of contact for clients and third parties, so strong interpersonal skills are essential. While administrative support is provided, the ability to handle files independently is key.

This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week required in the firm's Edgware office, and 2 days working from home.

The Solicitor

• At least 2 years' PQE as a Solicitor with experience in residential conveyancing.
• Qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales.
• Confident managing a varied conveyancing caseload independently.
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication and client care skills.
