This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced conveyancer to join a close-knit, specialist New Build team based in Kingswood.

The team sits within a broader residential property department and benefits from well-established relationships with local estate agents and developers across the South West. Thanks to this strong regional network, there’s a consistent and healthy pipeline of new build instructions, making this an ideal environment for someone looking to manage quality work in a supported setting.

The current structure includes a combination of experienced fee earners, junior conveyancers and dedicated support staff, all working collaboratively in a friendly, professional environment. The wider property department brings in over £3 million in annual revenue, contributing to the firm’s overall turnover of more than £12 million. With over 150 staff across five offices and a track record of sustainable growth, the firm remains one of the most respected mid-sized practices in the region.

This is a fee-earning role, and you'll be responsible for running your own caseload of new build transactions from instruction through to post-completion. You'll be engaging with clients, developers, lenders and other stakeholders on a daily basis and will have the backing of a strong administrative and accounts function so you can concentrate on delivery.
