Salary: £26,450 – £31,075 (depending on experience)
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Shift Pattern: 2 days on (including sleep-ins), 4 days off

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people? We are representing a registered provider of residential care for children up to 18 years old. They are expanding and looking for dedicated Residential Support Workers to join their growing team. Each home accommodates two children and maintains a minimum of two staff on duty at all times to ensure a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Compassionate and resilient individuals
• At least 1 year UK experience in residential childcare
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
• Flexibility to work sleep-in shifts
• NVQ qualifications are preferred
• Drivers are preferred but not essential
