Shifts: 2 days on, 4 days off

Hours: 7:30 AM - 11 PM (Day Shift) | 11 PM - 7 AM (Sleep Shift, finishing at 8 AM)

The service is a modern and settled 2-bedded EBD home, is seeking a Residential Support Worker to join their dynamic team in Tyldesley Manchester

About the Residential Support Worker position:

As a Residential Support Worker you will play a pivotal role in supporting young individuals, promoting independence, and maintaining a safe and nurturing home.

Key Responsibilities for the Residential Support Worker role:

- Managing risk and safeguarding

- Providing emotional and behavioural support

- Creating and overseeing care plans

- Facilitating school runs and engaging in activities

- Encouraging personal growth and independence

What are we looking for:

- Experience of working in residential children's services

- Ideally a Level 3 diploma in residential childcare

- Someone with a sound safeguarding knowledge/EBD experience
