Residential Support Worker
(Children’s Home)
Salary: £13.50 per hour and £75 per sleep-in
Location: Wirral
Full-time | Permanent

We’re looking for a caring and committed Residential Support Worker to join our friendly team in a supportive children’s home.

What You’ll Do:
  • Support children with daily routines and activities
  • Build positive relationships and be a great role model
  • Help with emotional, social, and behavioural development
  • Keep the home safe, structured, and caring
  • Work well with your team and other professionals
What You’ll Need:
  • Level 3 qualification in working with children
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a children’s residential setting
  • Full UK Driving licence
  • Good understanding of safeguarding and trauma-informed care
  • Reliable, caring, and a strong team player
