Are you a Residential Surveyor or similar looking for an autonomous role within a company who are continuing to grow year on year, offering excellent progression routes up to Area Management?

Do you want to benefit from remote working as well as a local patch with the flexibility to completely manage your own diary?

This privately owned specialist company, provide a range of Residential Surveying services including Valuations, Home Surveys as well as Disrepair reports. Established over 30 years ago, they have since seen steady growth, and due to their ever expanding workload they are looking to add a Residential Surveyor to their remote team.

In this autonomous role you will conduct valuation surveys and property reviews on sites throughout the North West, with a particular focus on the Liverpool area. You will be based remotely with the flexibility to completely manage your own diary and make the role your own, while supporting the wider surveying team.

This role would suit a Residential Surveyor or similar looking a varied and autonomous role within a growing company offering excellent work / life balance as well as the opportunity to rapidly progress your career into Senior roles including Area Management.

The Role:

• Valuation Surveys, property reviews and home surveys.
• Cover a regional patch around Liverpool.
• Remote role, with full flexibility to manage your own diary and working life.

The Person:

• RICS membership.
• Residential Surveyor or similar.
• Commutable to sites around Liverpool.
