Residential Surveyor - London

Our client, a growing independent, residential surveying practice with a great culture and realistic commission targets, has a really exciting opportunity for a full time or part time RICS qualified Surveyor with fantastic communication skills to join their expanding friendly and dynamic team.

This role will be homebased and your patch will cover London.

My client is open to candidates at Surveyor, Senior Surveyor and Managing Surveyor level.

What you’ll be doing:
Reporting to the Surveying Director, you’ll carry out RICS Home Surveys (level 2 and 3, depending on experience) and valuations for private customers and lender clients
As well as Home Surveys and Valuations, you’ll also have the opportunity to develop your skills in other areas e.g. Party Wall work, Leasehold enfranchisement, and drone surveys.

Requirements:
FRICS/MRICS/AssocRICS qualification
Experienced residential Surveyor with experience in level 2 (and ideally 3) surveys as well as valuation experience
You’ll be a real team player and have a passion for property and providing excellent customer service
You’ll have a focus on quality inspection and reporting
My client are looking for someone who is a team player and who is keen to build their patch and generate leads
The ideal candidate will be keen to continually develop their skills and come up with new and exciting ideas!
