Residential Valuation Surveyor

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Residential Valuation Surveyor to join our client's team. This role involves carrying out RICS Home Survey Level 2 and Level 3 inspections, along with residential property valuations for a range of purposes including purchase, probate, and secured lending. The successful candidate will be comfortable managing a varied workload and delivering high-quality reports to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake RICS Home Survey Level 2 (HomeBuyer) and Level 3 (Building) inspections
  




• Produce clear, accurate, and well-structured survey reports using set templates
  




• Conduct residential property valuations for mortgage, purchase, and other client needs
  




• Liaise with clients pre- and post-inspection to provide advice and follow-up explanations
  




• Maintain professional standards in line with RICS guidelines and company expectations
  




• Work independently and manage your own calendar effectively
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualified (essential)
  




• RICS Registered Valuer status (desirable or required, depending on valuation workload)
  




• Minimum 2 years' experience in residential surveying and valuation
  




• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  




• High level of attention to detail and technical competence
  




• Full UK driving licence
