Residual Value Controller

Your new company
A high-end business within the automotive industry is recruiting through Hays for a Residual Value Controller, based in Barnsley with regular travel to Milton Keynes.
Your new role
Your role will be to support high-end truck sales by providing a range of residual values to manage business risk in line with the strategies set out by senior management. To measure and analyse exposure to risk for the business by staying informed of used market conditions and communicate this information to support and influence others in good decision-making. We need a candidate with excellent analytical skills. Ideally, you will have worked within the trade and have a good mix of systems and stakeholder management experience.
What you'll need to succeed
Automotive/used truck experience will be advantageous. Ability to deal with large volumes of data from multiple sources, interpret and draw conclusions. Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is a must-have. Previous experience in residual value setting and accounting for buyback agreements is highly desirable. You will have the ability to deal with large volumes of data from multiple sources accurately and quickly, interpret and draw conclusions.
