Are you passionate about student experience, community building, and delivering events that make an impact? Join us as Resi-Life Manager and take the lead on creating vibrant, inclusive, and engaging environments across our student properties.

• Lead the Resi-Life programme, delivering high-quality events that foster belonging, wellbeing, and community.

• Represent the brand at student events (housing fairs, open days) with creative activations.

• Drive student feedback initiatives and industry survey participation.

• Manage the Student Sustainability Influencers programme.

• Support mental health and resilience initiatives for residents.

• Collaborate with Marketing and Revenue teams to deliver campaigns and boost brand visibility.

• Contribute to ESG efforts through sustainability and charitable projects.

• 6+ years in events, marketing, or student engagement (PBSA/BTR/real estate ideal).

• Skilled in event planning, campaign delivery, and stakeholder engagement.

• Confident communicator with strong creative and organisational abilities.

• Proficient with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, and social media platforms.
